Ariana Silva, Project Associate
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Ariana grew up influenced by a mix of Hispanic and Native cultures blended with her own bicultural Peruvian and Greek heritage. Ariana moved to San Francisco to study Fashion Marketing, but while volunteering with the Mexican Consulate as a community builder and event planner and working with InterEthnica’s outreach team, she soon realized her true passion lay in promoting equity and diversity, and connecting with the culturally rich minority communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ariana has since helped manage outreach projects for Vision Zero SF, Santa Clara County Suicide Prevention, and the Olivine Community Fresno Energy Program.
Ariana is obtaining a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
